Sereta Collington is a gifted and accomplished woman of God, serving as a pastor in the Baltimore District AME churches. She is a devoted wife, mother, and the author of several books, including the "Scripture Memorization Journal," "Becoming One with Christ," "The Through Journal," and "Greater is in You." Her life’s calling is to teach the Word of God and help others develop an intimate relationship with Him, a mission that she combines with her passion for spiritual journaling.

 

As an acclaimed presenter of journaling workshops, Rev. Collington holds a Master of Divinity from Knox Theological Seminary, along with two Bachelor's degrees: a Bachelor of Arts in Humanities and a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology, as well as a Master of Education.

 

One of her notable works, "Greater is in You," aims to help Christians understand how to harness the power within them to lead lives that are pleasing to God. Rev. Collington believes that journaling is an essential spiritual discipline, often stating that "journaling is a way to hear God." She explains that reading the Bible is how we listen to God, while journaling is how we write down what we hear as He speaks to our hearts.

 

Her goal is to encourage individuals to delve deeper into the Scriptures, discovering the spiritual strength needed to live confidently and make a positive impact in the world.
